Payment Terms--Net/15 payment terms will be granted to existing customers in good account standing.  New customers who provide three acceptable financial references will also be granted Net/15 terms.  Net/15 invoices will be included with shipment and payment is due within 15 days of receipt of your product.  If payment is not received by the due date, a $10.00 late fee will be charged.  Current customers who fail to pay invoices by the due date will be assigned alternative payment terms of cash/check/credit card (prepayment) or COD at the customer's expense.  New customers unable to provide financial references will be assigned prepayment terms or will be asked to provide a credit card to be charged prior to the requested delivery date until credit is established.

Payment Remittance--Please pay the total at the bottom of your invoice.  Note that any deposits, credits or outstanding balances are included in the total.                                         

Returns & Credits--Payment is due in full.  Please do not deduct for any returned or defective merchandise.  Contact Charm Me immediately for an authorization number and a credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Order Placement--When placing an order, we request that you use our order form.  Please clearly indicate the item number, description and quantity.  Items will be filled according to the item number designated on the form.  If you desire specific colors, sorority choices or sizes, this must be clearly indicated on the form.  If you do not receive order confirmation within 3 days of placing your order, we request that you please notify us.

Cancellation--Once your order has been placed and production has begun, you may not cancel your order.

Product Warranty--Charm Me takes great pride in offering products of high quality.  Please inspect your shipment closely and report to us any damaged or defective items immediately.  We do not warrant against slight variations in the design of our products as each piece is handmade.  Charm Me warrants all products against breakage with normal wear and tear for 30 days from shipment date.  We reserve the right to refuse this warranty if user abuse is evident.  Rework or repair after 30 days is available for a minimal cost to cover labor and materials.

Shipping--Please note your requested shipment date on your order form.  Standard shipment is Federal Express (FedEx) 2-3 day delivery with delivery confirmation via email, unless otherwise requested on your order form.  Please contact us for pricing.
